Any person who is found to have violated this article shall be fined a definite sum
of not less than $250.00 and not more than $750.00. In addition to the monetary penalty
imposed, violation of this article shall further result in the revocation of any permit
issued under this article.
(b)
Each violation of this article shall be considered a separate offense, and any violation
continuing more than one day shall be considered a separate offense.
