§ 10-94. License and registration required; transfer.

No operator shall lease, install, maintain or place any amusement device on any premises in the village without first having obtained a license. No operator shall have on his premises any amusement device set up for use which has not been registered and the licensee fee paid. Operators' licenses shall not be transferrable.
