§ 18-1. Penalty for violation of chapter.

No person shall erect, use, occupy or maintain any building or structure in violation of any provision of this chapter or the Uniform Dwelling Code or cause to permit any such violation to be committed. Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be subject to section 1-4.
