§ 18-161. State regulations adopted.

(a)

Adopted by reference. Wis. Stats. ch. 145, the state plumbing code, and Wis. Admin. Code ch. Comm 82 to 87 are adopted and by reference made a part of this article with the same force and effect as though set out in full. Failure to comply with any of the provisions of such regulations shall constitute a violation of this article, punishable according to the penalties provided in section 18-167.

(b)

To be on file. A copy of the state plumbing code shall be on file in the offices of the plumbing inspector and the village clerk.
