§ 1-3. Fees, forfeitures and taxes to be paid.

No license or permit shall be granted for any premises upon which taxes or assessments or other claims of the village are delinquent and unpaid or to any person delinquent in payment of any taxes, forfeitures, assessments or other claims. This section shall not be construed as limiting any person from registering for a dog license.
