§ 1-6. Issuance of citations.

(a)

Any law enforcement officer may issue citations for enforcement of any ordinances authorized under this Code.

(b)

The village attorney is authorized to issue citations for enforcement of all ordinances specified in subsection (c) of this section.

(c)

The building inspector and zoning administrator are authorized to issue citations for enforcement of chapters 18, 42, 46, 50 and 58 of this Code.

(d)

The fire chief and deputy fire inspectors are hereby authorized to issue citations for violations of chapter 38 of this Code.
