§ 22-21. Employees.

  • Every person licensed as an auctioneer may designate not to exceed two employees who may be authorized by him to conduct auctions. Notice containing the names of the employees so designated shall be given to the clerk, and an employee's license shall be issued to him by the clerk on the payment of the fee prescribed in appendix A of this Code. This license shall be good for one year, and no employee not licensed under this article shall conduct an auction nor shall any auctioneer permit an auction to be conducted by an unlicensed employee.
