§ 22-158. False alarm special charges.

Latest version.

Any false alarm from a business, building or residential alarm system, in excess of three in 12-month consecutive period shall be subject to the special charges in appendix A of this Code. Owners of a business building or residential alarm system will receive a written warning after the second false alarm in a consecutive 12-month period.
