§ 26-22. Creation.

Pursuant to Wis. Stats. §§ 66.436 and 66.4325, the board of trustees creates a community development authority which authority shall be known as the Community Development Authority of the Village of Hartland, Wisconsin. Such authority (the authority) shall be a separate body politic for the purpose of carrying out qualified redevelopment projects within the area described on Exhibit A, and shall have all powers, duties and functions of community development authorities contained in Wis. Stats. § 66.4325, as it now exists with the exception of the power of eminent domain as otherwise limited by this article.
