    (1)

    To adjourn.

    (2)

For a call of the board.

    (3)

To adjourn to a day certain.

    (4)

    To lay on the table.

    (5)

To postpone to a day certain.

    (6)

To refer to a standing committee.

    (7)

To refer to a select committee.

    (8)

    To amend.

    (9)

    To indefinitely postpone.

These shall have precedence in the order in which they here stand. The first, second, and fourth are not debatable. When any matter has been tabled a motion to take it up shall not prevail at the same meeting unless a majority of all the members vote aye. No motion to reconsider a vote shall be made after a second adjournment has intervened except by unanimous consent. So far as applicable, and subject to these bylaws, Robert's Rules of Order, Newly Revised, shall be the authority.
