The board of review shall consist of the president, clerk, treasurer, a trustee appointed
annually by the board of trustees, and a resident appointed annually by the village
president. A resident shall also be appointed annually by the village president to
serve as an alternate member of the board of review.
(b)
Appointments to the board of review by the village president shall be made in April
of each year with the advice and consent of the board of trustees.
