The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the
meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates
a different meaning:
Municipal authority
means the village board, commission, committee, agency, officer, employee or agent
of the village making a determination under section 2-413, and every person, committee or agency of the village to make an independent review
under section 2-418(b).
