§ 38-26. Firefighting, fire prevention and rescue/ambulance service delegated as duties.

The Village of Hartland Fire Department is created as the fire department of the village and the duty of fire protection services, firefighting, the prevention of fires and the provision of rescue/ambulance service in the village is delegated to such department. Its organization and internal regulation shall be governed by the provisions of this article and this Code, by such actions of the village board as may be adopted from time to time, and by applicable state statutes and regulations.
