§ 38-29. Salary, compensation.

The chief, officers and employees of the department shall receive salary or compensation as fixed by the village board and shall not be entitled to any other compensation. All fees, other special remuneration or other funds collected or received by the department or any officer thereof shall be deposited with the village finance director/treasurer not less than weekly.
