Lot area and width regulations in the RM-3 district are as follows:

(1)

Parcels shall be not less than 75 feet in width.

(2)

Parcels shall have a minimum area as follows:

Dwelling Type	Minimum Lot Area
Condominium:
Efficiency and one bedroom	2,500 square feet per unit
Two or more bedrooms	3,000 square feet per unit
