§ 46-492. Permitted uses.

Permitted uses in the B-3 district are as follows:

All permitted uses allowed in the B-2 business district.

Administrative and public service offices.

(3)

Antique and collectors' stores.

(4)

Art galleries.

(5)

Boutiques and specialty goods stores.

(6)

Funeral homes.

(7)

Gasoline service stations.

(8)

Hotels and motels.

(9)

Interior decorating shops.

(10)

Lodges and fraternal organizations.

(11)

Municipal parking facilities.

(12)

Resale shops.

(13)

Studios for photography, painting, sculpture, music, dance and other recognized fine art.
