§ 46-516. Intent.

The B-4 limited business and light industrial planned district is intended to provide for the development of an attractive and aesthetic mixed grouping of offices, corporate headquarters, medical facilities, limited light industrial uses, and the respective support facilities in a park-like setting. The B-4 district is further intended to promote the provision of ample off-street parking and loading areas, open space and landscape planting screens in areas adjacent to nonbusiness development to ensure the use will fit harmoniously into and will have no adverse effects upon the adjoining or surrounding area.
