§ 46-600. Lot area and width. (See also section 46-926.)

Lot area and width regulations for the M-2 district are as follows:
(1)

Lots shall have a minimum area of 40,000 square feet.

(2)

Lots shall not be less than 125 feet in width at the building setback line.
