§ 46-197. Yards. (See also section 46-926.)

Yard regulations in the district are as follows:
(1)

Rear yard: Not less than 50 feet.

(2)

Side yard: On each side of the principal structure, not less than 25 feet in width.

(3)

Street yard: A minimum of 50 feet from the right-of-way of all public streets.

(4)
