§ 46-237. Yards. (See also section 46-926.)

Yard regulations in the RS-1 district are as follows:
(1)

Rear yard: Not less than 35 feet.

(2)

Side yard: A minimum of 20 feet.

(3)

Street yard: A minimum of 40 feet from the right-of-way of all public streets.

(4)
