The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this division, shall have the
meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates
a different meaning:
Bed and breakfast establishment
means any place of lodging that provides four or fewer rooms for rent to tourists
or other transients for more than ten nights in a 12-month period; the owner's personal
residence; occupied by the owner at the time of rental; and in which the only meal
served to guests is breakfast.
Breakfast
means a meal served between 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
