§ 46-1085. Permitted uses.

Pursuant to section 46-1087, it shall be determined whether the proposed use is located within the floodway or floodfringe.

Those uses permitted in the Floodway (section 46-1078) and Floodfringe (section 46-1082) Districts are allowed within the General Floodplain District, according to the standards of section 46-1086, provided that all permits or certificates required under section 46-1091 have been issued.
