§ 50-205. Erosion and sedimentation control.

  • (a)

    The subdivider shall prepare an erosion and sedimentation control plan addressing the installation and maintenance of soil erosion and sedimentation control measures. Such plans shall meet the requirements set forth in chapter 76 of the Village Municipal Code.

    (b)

    The subdivider shall plant those grasses and trees, of species and size specified by the village engineer/DPW director, necessary to prevent soil erosion and sedimentation and in accordance with the approved erosion and sedimentation control plan and landscape plan.

    (c)

    The subdivider shall install those protection and rehabilitation measures, such as fencing, sloping, seeding, riprap, revetments, jetties, clearing, dredging, snagging, drop structures, brush mats, willow poles and grade stabilization structures, set forth in the approved erosion and sedimentation control plan.
