§ 66-13. Ultimate or extreme fighting events prohibited.

(a)

In this section, "ultimate or extreme fighting event" means a fighting bout, tournament, or event that meets the following criteria:

(1)

A state license under Wis. Stats. ch. 444 has not been issued for the event.

(2)

Participants use any combination of boxing, kicking, wrestling, hitting, punching or other combative contact techniques, which combination of techniques is not specifically authorized by and conducted pursuant to Wis. Stats. ch. 444.

(b)

No person shall advertise, operate, maintain, attend, participate in, promote or assist in advertising, operating, maintaining, attending, participating or promoting an ultimate or extreme fighting event held within the Village of Hartland.
