§ 66-8. Gambling, lotteries, fraudulent devices and practices.

Except as otherwise specifically authorized by statute, all forms of gambling, lotteries and fraudulent devices and practices are prohibited within the village. Any police officer shall seize anything devised solely for gambling or found in actual use for gambling within the village and dispose of such device after a judicial determination that such device was used solely for gambling or found in actual use for gambling.
