§ 6-48. Investigation.

It shall be the duty of the clerk/adm. secretary to investigate or cause to be investigated each original application for a cabaret license. In making such investigation, the clerk/adm. secretary shall have the assistance of the health department, the police and fire department and the building inspector. Within 14 days the clerk/adm. secretary shall advise the village board of the results of the investigation.
