§ 6-86. Definitions.

For purposes of this article, the following terms shall have the specified meanings:

Alcohol beverage shall have the meaning established in Wis. Stats. § 125.02(1).

Public space shall include all of the following:

(1)

Public streets or highways, as defined in Wis. Stats. § 340.22;

(2)

Public sidewalks, as defined in Wis. Stats. § 340.58, and pathways;

(3)

Any public alley as defined in Wis. Stats. § 340.01(2);

(4)

Public property owned, or under control of, the Village of Hartland or any school district within the village limits; and

(5)

Private property held open for use by the public.
