§ 70-3. Closing hours.

(a)

Generally. Hours for all village parks shall be sunrise to sunset.

(b)

Exceptions. The park board shall determine the closing hours for the following:

(1)

Regularly scheduled baseball or softball games.

(2)

Ice skating on a park board authorized rink.

(3)

Special events approved by the park board.
