§ 74-30. Curbside recycling program.

The village has established an authorized residential curbside recycling program for the orderly separation and collection of recyclables. Such recycling program is designed to reduce the amount of solid waste to be disposed, and at the same time the separation of recyclable materials will reduce the financial burden of solid waste disposal. Recyclable materials shall include, but are not limited to: glass, aluminum and steel or tin cans, newspaper and high density plastics.
