§ 78-26. Compliance with article provisions; description of base lines.

(a)

All houses and buildings in the village shall be numbered in accordance with this article.

(b)

Capitol Drive shall constitute the base line for numbering along streets running north and south, and Cottonwood and North Avenues shall constitute the base line for numbering along all streets running east and west.
