§ 78-81. Privileges granted by board pursuant to state statute.

Privileges for an obstruction or excavation on, or projections over, public thoroughfares, other than those regulated by this chapter or by other ordinances, may be granted by the village board pursuant to Wis. Stats. § 66.0425.
