§ 82-2. Penalty for violation of chapter.

(a)

The penalty for violation of any provision of this chapter shall be a forfeiture as provided in subsection (b) of this section, together with costs under Wis. Stats. § 345.47.

(b)

The forfeiture for violation of any statute adopted by reference under this chapter for which the penalty is a fine shall not exceed the maximum fine permitted under such statute.
