§ 82-124. Operation on private premises.

No person shall operate an off-the-road vehicle on any private property in the village upon which the operator does not reside or own, without the express written permission of the owner of such property. This written permission shall be carried by the operator of the off-the-road vehicle, and shall be displayed upon demand by a police officer.
