§ 86-1. Penalty for violation of chapter.

(a)

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter or any order, rule or regulation made under this chapter shall be subject to a penalty as provided in section 1-4 of this Code.

(b)

All bills that are not paid by the date fixed for final payment shall be subject to penalty as provided for by the state public service commission.

(c)

All charges established pursuant to this chapter shall be a lien on the properties served pursuant to Wis. Stats. §§ 66.076(7), 66.066 and 66.069, and shall be collected in the manner therein provided.
