§ 86-92. Penalty for violation of division.

Penalties for violation of this division are as provided in section 1-4 of this Code. If any person fails to comply with this division for more than ten days after receiving written notice of the violation, the village may impose a penalty and cause the well abandonment to be performed, and the expense shall be assessed as a special tax against the property.
