§ 10-1. Amusement parks; license required.

No person shall operate an amusement park within the village without having obtained a license from the village board. The annual license fee shall be as prescribed in appendix A of this Code, and the license shall expire on December 1. A license under this section shall not entitle the holder to conduct a public dance, carnival, festival or street affair without obtaining a license for such event.
