§ 10-231. Compliance by licensee with rules and regulations.

The licensee shall comply with all village rules and regulations as to the condition or operation of the premises and any rules or regulations of the state or plan commission authorized to promulgate any rules or regulations as to the condition of the premises before a license under this article shall be granted.
