§ 18-84. State Administrative Code adopted.

(a)

Ind Comm Ch. 22, Wis. Admin. Code, Energy Conservation Standards Chapter of the one-family and two-family dwelling code, as adopted and effective December 1, 1978, and all amendments thereto, is adopted and incorporated in this Code by reference.

(b)

The building inspector and his designated representatives as certified by the department of industry, labor and human relations, are empowered to administer and enforce all of the provisions of this section.
