§ 26-24. Composition; terms.

The community development authority will consist of seven members appointed by the village president subject to confirmation by the board of trustees. Two of the commissioners shall be members of the board of trustees and shall serve on the authority during their respective terms of office as board members. The terms of the nonboard commissioners shall be four years and until their successors are appointed and qualified.
