§ 26-25. Qualifications of members.

Except for the two commissioners who are members of the board of trustees, the commissioners shall have qualifications consisting of ability and experience in the fields of community development, financing, accounting and community planning, and shall particularly have experience in the creation of jobs and tax base through commercial and light industrial development.
