§ 26-27. Determination of projects to pursue.

As guidance to the community development authority in determining what projects to undertake, it is the intent of the board of trustees that the community development authority only pursue projects that will bring or retain significant commercial and light industrial businesses (together with the stable, high quality jobs and tax base they bring) to the village. It is the intent of the board of trustees that the community development authority aid the village in competing with other potential sites for such businesses.
