§ 46-520. Lot area and width. (See also section 46-926.)

Lot area and width regulations for the B-4 district are as follows:
(1)

Lots shall have a minimum area of 30,000 square feet.

(2)

Lots shall not be less than 150 feet in width at the building setback line.
