§ 50-200. Other utilities.

(a)

The subdivider shall cause gas, electrical power, television cable, telephone and other communication facilities to be installed in such a manner as to make adequate service available to each lot in the land division or condominium, in accordance with section 50-169(a).

(b)

Plans indicating the proposed location of the above-mentioned utility lines required to serve the land division or condominium shall be approved by the village engineer/DPW director.
