§ 66-1. Penalties for violation of chapter.

  • (a)

    Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a penalty as provided in section 1-4 of this Code.

    (b)

    In addition to any penalty imposed for violation of section 66-2(b)(2)—(b)(4), any person who shall cause physical damage to or destroy any public property shall be liable for the costs of replacing or repairing such damaged or destroyed property. The parents of any unemancipated minor child may also be held liable for acts of such child in accordance with Wis. Stats. chs. 48 and 938.

    (c)

    A person under the age of 18 years who violates any of the provisions of section 66-32(a) and (b) shall be referred to the proper authorities as provided in Wis. Stats. chs. 48 and 938.
