§ 74-26. Collection fees for residential units.

(a)

Levied. Thereafter, the board shall set the amount per residential unit annually by resolution for collection and disposal and prior newspaper notice of a hearing, except that in any year in which such a resolution is not adopted, the levy shall be the same as that of the most recent levy for each residential unit.

(b)

Receipts. All receipts from this special charge shall be deposited in the nonlapsing fund GR designated in section 2-285(b).
