§ 74-27. Other classes of property to contract separately.

All classes of property other than one-unit, two-unit or three-unit residences shall contract separately for the removal and disposal of garbage, rubbish and recyclable materials. For the purpose of this section, residential units included in a building containing a nonresidential use are considered nonresidential. Each unit of a condominium shall be considered a single residential unit, and therefore not excluded under this chapter.
