§ 50-195. Curb and gutter.

(a)

After the installation and the village's inspection and approval of all utility and stormwater drainage improvements including interim inlets, the subdivider shall construct concrete curbs and gutters in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the village engineer/DPW director. Openings in curbs for drainage may be allowed, upon approval of the village engineer/DPW director, to accommodate green stormwater management measures such as drainage into street tree wells, infiltration trenches or bioretention basins with under drains.

(b)

Curb ramps shall be installed in accordance with Wis. Stats. § 66.0909 and ADAAG requirements and as approved by the village engineer/DPW director.
